ORDERING PROCESS

Upon receipt of your order, we will email an Order Confirmation. A Shipping Confirmation will follow when your order has shipped and if applicable, will include tracking information. Your package will include a VAT invoice and there is also a link in the Shipping Confirmation to download a copy of your VAT invoice.


SHIPPING POLICY

For the UK, standard shipping is free and estimated delivery is 3 to 5 business days via Royal Mail or upgrade to next day tracked shipping for £5.95.

We make every effort to ship all orders within 1 business day of receipt, per the ordering process outlined above. If you are in urgent need of your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist. Please note that we can’t ship to PO Boxes and in-transit delays by couriers are outside of our control.

For hygiene reasons and the protection of our customers, we can’t accept returns. With that said, we stand behind our products and want our customers to be satisfied so we’ll always do our utmost to be fair and reasonable and treat our customers the way we would wish to be treated ourselves.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer such as rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
